Elen Dorothea Brygger born in Sundsbø, Lindås 1777 and was married 3 times, 1. with Peder Henrichsen, 2.  Andreas Knudsen Olde and 3. Mons Nilsen Herdlevær.

Peder Henrichsen was a skipper and trader from Flensburg. Elen Dorothea and Peder lived in Blomvåg, Herdlevær (at that time a part of Herdla) where Peder had taken over the trade. He had good connections and increasing trade. But during the Kaper war 1807-1814 the English navy blockaded habors and took prisoners. Peder was one of the prisoners that never came back, and his family lived in poverty, they had to mix the meal with elm bark.  In this first marriage Elen Dorothea got 3 children: Andreas Henrichsen born 1804, Hans Peter Henrichsen born 1806 og Catharina Maria Henrichsen born 1808.

Elen Dorothea married 2. time in 1810 med the skipper and trader Andreas Knudsen Olde who was a "bondehandler" in Hollendergaten in Bergen. Andreas Henrichsen growing up and became a wild boy, he run away from home 10 years old, and soon he became a sailor on ships traveling between Bergen an Flensburg as his father. Once he was skipper on a wessel that came to Bergen with meal and other goods and he took some sacks meal from the skip before declering the goods. The custom officers looking for him, but the baker was a friend and hiding him in a baker oven, and the custom officers did not find him.  Of course he did not stay long in town, and was away for many years.
When he came bach it was as skipper on his owv big ship, with high masts that was seen over the holms in Herdlevær.

Andreas Henrichsen took over the trade after Andreas Knudsen Olde who died in 1829. The mother Elen Dorothea married again with Mons Nilsen Herdlevær in 1833. They moved to Knarrevik, Blomvåg in Øygarden.
