- I have not found Danish or Swedish relatives of the Norwegian family Brügger/Brygger.
- Andreas Andresen Brügger was born 1694 in Halden and 1715 he was Capitaine des Armes at Bergenhus. As Capitaine des Armes he was in charge for the arms, later this title was changes to sub officer. A committee for recruiting officers to Norway was 1657 in Holland. As Amsterdam and Maastricht was Utrecht a senter for education of "Feuerwerkers". It is possibly but not certain that his father Andre/Andres Brügger came from Holland but he propably was a "Feuerwerker". His grandson Hans Brügger was "Fyrv.s kar." 1750 April 8. - and real Fyrverker at Kristiansands artilleri kompani 1751 Mars 31.
